We are not all one! We are all different in weirdly wonderful and unique ways. Think of it like this. The world is a giant barrel of flour. The flour is used to make bread dough. Some of the dough is made into loaves to become toast or sandwiches, some into cinnamon rolls or dumplings, and some into bagels, pizza, or croutons. Additional ingredients can be added or left out to make pita pockets, a simple form of paste, maybe gravy, cookies, or pie crust. There is flour in all of these, but each is different and has different reasons for being. It is the same with us. Are we all one? No, not in a practical sense. Do we all have a common ingredient? Yes. We are all made of light. Is there only one kind of light? Nope. There are many frequencies, each a unique color and sound. How much does the average human know about light? Not much. Why are we made of light? Who knows! However, light has the capacity to perceive, to hear, to communicate, to move about, and to organize or re-organize itself. Using modern industrial language, we could truthfully say humans are a product of the light. What do we usually say? “I have been created by God.”

A Barry Sanders Moment...
"...Barry Sanders was a little guy, only 5’8”, but he was fast, he was light on his feet, he was alert, and he was supremely flexible. It didn’t matter that the forces arrayed against him were huge, heavy, and coming from every direction, all of them ready to pile on. Each of us is a little guy compared to the forces we now face. I think it’s time to decide if you’re going to be around long enough to help build a new civilization.
