Art, that’s EXACTLY true! I would add that eating good food with a feeling of guilt, anger, resentment, etc. is actually worse for you than eating bad food with an attitude of gratitude.

I would suggest that the quality of the consciousness in the food you eat by those who grow it and by those who prepare it might be more important than the kind of food you eat.
